Description: One of the main bearings forming an integral part of the gas turbine was creating some major concerns with respect to its alignment. On request we accepted the challenge following an emergency call out. We mobilised our specialist fitters and after some time shimming the bearings we were able to achieve the required alignment specified.

Description: The Gas Turbine Diffuser was developing cracks within the metal (321 grade stainless steel) which had to be repaired quickly. A call out was instigated and our team was mobilised. Scaffold was erected and the welding repairs completed in accordance with our proven welding procedures.

Description: The rebuilding, including building up the parent metal (cast iron)and precision machining of a Terex Cone Crushing Head is regularly carried out. The replacement of the wear lip with a bisalloy ring is usually required.
Project: AR Fuels Refinery Upgrade - Bunbury

Description: The scope of work included installing new fuel lines, removing, modifying of existing and manufacturing new structural steelwork, relocation of separators etc. B.E.N. were on site for some 9 months and rebuilt or modified some 50% of the original plant. Special attention was required due to the nature of the plant with several high pressure and dangerous goods pipelines requiring attention.
