Project: Wesfarmers Char Research and Development Plant Modifications

Description: Manufacture of grade 321 and 308 Stainless steel pipe spools was the initial part of this project. We also completed the repairs to the dryer, rebuilt the burner modules and assisted with the re-commissioning of the complete plant.

Project: Heater Coils Repair and Rebuild.
Client: Wren Oil
When: March 2008
Description: The original heater coils failed and we were received a call out to provide assistance. We repaired the original coil and also manufactured a new item. This included a pressure test and the documentation of all works with a MDR (manufacturers data report)

Project: Manufacturing of Gantry Cranes
Client: Kone Cranes

Description: Fabrication of the box beams and other steel components for our client servicing the local industries in the South West of Western Australia. The welding is carried out to a very stringent procedure. Surface treatment, transport and installation is also carried out.

Project: Drum Drier Feed System
Client: Tiwest
When: October 2009
Description: Manufacture, machining and the assembly of the complete system including the testing of the completed unit. All components are manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel and the completed unit had an electro-polish finish.

Project: Bulk Handling System for Ship Loading

Description: Manufacture, surface treatment, transport and the installation of the complete materials handling system including hoppers, conveyors, shaker feeder, sampling system and the load out conveyor.
