Our People

Ben Dabic is the Managing Director
Ben is a qualified machinist and fitter. He developed his skills and gained experience over 15 years working with some of the leading contracting companies from around Australia and overseas. With his hands on management style, he manages the day to day operations with an energy and desire to develop the business which provides an environment that allows the staff to excel with their skills.

Aaron McKay is the Operations Manager
Aaron has a C5 Mechanical Certification and has over 17 years experience in all aspects of Engineering including 7 years Project and workshop Management, engineering and design for works in excess of $120m, Bunbury Engineering is pleased to have Aaron at the front end of its operations, all present and future clients appreciate his pro active management style.

Dustin Gardiner as our Site Supervisor
Dustin is responsible for co ordination of all site maintenance and installation. He has 15 years experience in the Manufacturing, Mining and power generation industries. Onsite Dustin can coordinate maintenance and installation teams to meet our clients desired outcome in a safe and productive manner. Dustin has an extensive experience in the Power Generation Industries.

Barry Allan
Barry Allan is our purchasing officer/asset manager. Barry has 30 years experience in the heavy marine industry and has worked internationally as chief engineer on some of the largest dredges in the world and has been involved in projects including Chep Lap Kok airport in Hong Kong, Durong Phase 3, 4 and 5 land reclamation in Singapore and Tanjung Pelepas Port in Malaysia.

Our employees are highly trained, competent in their respective trades with extensive experience with problem solving, rebuilding of equipment and routine maintenance. Most of our team are dual ticketed with qualifications in Dogging, EWP (elevated work platforms) and crane operation.
