Bunbury Engineering has a comprehensive Internal Quality system that provides full traceability for all works and supply items:
Fabrication and welding: Comprehensive Manufactures data reports are issued for all fabricated and welded Items, these include all weld procedures, material certification, surface treatment and fabrication and welding reports.
Machining and fitting: Job control sheets ensure our tradespeople have all information and a clear scope of work to carry out tasks together with an Inspection procedure to ensure the end product meets our clients specifications.
Site works: Site work packs include a comprehensive work scope, JSA, pre start and job completion checklists to be completed in conjunction with client supervisors to ensure tasks are completed to the clients expectations.
