Engineering and Detailing - B.E.N. can provide mechanical and structural engineering from our in-house resources or with the assistance of our network of experienced local contacts. Detailing if required, can be provided from early concept stage, through to final workshop detailing.
Precision Machining - Our fully equipped machine shop provides precision machining and has the capacity to handle individual items up to 4000 mm in length and 800 mm in diameter. We have an extensive range of tooling and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency for all works we provide. Spray welding is available for the repair of shafts and bearing surfaces.
Fabrication - We custom build materials handling equipment to our client’s specifications and also rebuild items such as rotary valves, gear boxes and conveyor systems either on site or in our workshop. Other items manufactured include guards, platforms, steel supports, chutes, hoppers, tanks etc.
Onsite Maintenance Services - A 7 days per week, 24 hour per day call our services is available for those emergency break downs. Our site teams are experienced in planned maintenance on mechanical equipment.
Pipe work and Specialised Welding Contractors - Our team of coded welders (AS1796) and pipe fitters are experience in the manufacture and installation of high pressure, dangerous goods systems, etc. Systems can be site measured or built to our client’s drawings and specifications within our workshop. We provide full traceability to each of our systems where required. Our teams have experience with working with Inconel, Nickel alloys, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. We are also available to repair Boilers, Heat exchanges, vessels and tanks.
Site Installation - We provide experienced crews for the installation of all items we repair and manufacture. Installation can be as part of a planned shutdown, emergency breakdown or part of a programmed project. If required we are able to supply not only the direct labour but also all supervision, project management, site equipment hire including access equipment, cranage, scaffolding, rigging, i.e. a complete service.
Surface Treatment - All items requiring any form of surface treatment whether galvanising, sand blasting and painting can be managed by our staff on your behalf or as required by the specifications.
